The current reference 124270 is slightly thicker and shorter from lug to lug. But what makes the biggest difference, in my eyes, is that the bracelet starts at 19mm wide and tapers down to 14mm. The bracelet on my Explorer starts at 20mm wide and ends at . In my opinion it wears best on a larger 7"+ wrist. It does wear ok on my small 6.25 " wrist because of the moderate lug to lug but I would prefer the 36 mm version to be honest.
