Today Omega list old 43048 and new 43068 as being replaced by the crown 42524. 069ST42531 is the current replacement crown for your case. Not uncommon that current replacements look different than the originals, when the original crowns are no longer available. Note that 069ST43041 is discontinued, and 069ST42531 is the replacement for it.
