Mar 4, 2017. #2. I'm trying to decide between the ysl matltese college bag in either the black or burgundy. I'm not sure if I want the medium or the large. I'm afraid that the large will lose its shape. I had purchased a large anthrocite and returned it because it was all misshaped. I just hope the medium is a nice size for ever day. The bag was purchased from Century21 so they won’t repair it anyway. This has led me to believe that YSL knowingly sells defective bags to unauthorized retailers and that’s why they won’t repair them. This is the only YSL bag that I didn’t purchase directly from them or a major department store and it’s the only one that has an issue.
I contacted Ssense as well as YSL customer service to see if that was something to be concerned about, and I'm still waiting on a definite answer from both of them. The bag was purchased from Century21 so they won’t repair it anyway. This has led me to believe that YSL knowingly sells defective bags to unauthorized retailers and that’s why they won’t repair them.
