As some of you know, ever since I have joined TRF I have owned my last DD a 18038 that was made in about 1985-87 era. I always adored the Rolex Presidential and I'm stuck between two watches. The price different is about 2k and i know that the 18238 has double quick set and an updated movement that is still used today in the Rolex watches. Also the 18238 is made the 90s actually (88) where the 18038 is made in the 80s.
