If you can get into a FATE party while a bunch of people are zerging, you can get chains of 20+ which ends up doubling and sometimes tripling the EXP from simply completing the FATE. If you can't find a zerg though, then Coerthas till 45 then Mor Dhona Leves till 50 are better.
